DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We only sell and ship our products within Singapore.
There are several shipping options currently available:

ARE THE COLOURS/SHADES SHOWN IDENTICAL TO THE ACTUAL PRODUCTS?
We have done our best to display all colours/shades of our products on our website as accurately as possible for.
However, colours seen on your computer monitors or mobile phone screens tend to vary due to different colour management protocols and settings. Due to this major technical constraint, we cannot guarantee that the colour of the actual product would be identical to the one as you would have seen on your screen.
Please be assured that if your screen was manufactured as per international standards and colour settings, the variance should not be too wide from the actual physical product. We deeply apologize for this limitation which is beyond our control.

Over and above the strict product guidelines adopted by the manufacturer, all our products have been declared with the stringent Health Sciences Authority (HSA) of Singapore earning the status of approved as “safe for use”.
As for our products from the 'Mother Earth' line are manufactured in Singapore and are:

LOST MAIL AND DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Dark Diva Dolls will not be liable for any lost mail or damaged products after we have released your order physically to the delivery vendor.
Please rest assured that before we mail off your orders, we perform thorough checks on all of the products so that they reach you with the high quality and standards which we are known for. Customer satisfaction always remains our utmost priority.
However, should you wish to opt for local registered mail or local courier to ensure more secure delivery, kindly let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your invoice number. Please note that different charges shall accrue based on the weight and size of the package which would have to be borne by you. We strive to provide you the best published rate offered by the delivery company as stated on their websites, if available.
WHAT ARE THOSE 'SWEAT-LIKE' BEADS ON MY LIPSTICK?
Those “sweat-like” beads that appear on your lipstick become visible due to the tropical humid climate we live in. They absolutely do not affect the quality of the product in any way nor will they cause physical harm to your health under any circumstance.
